Kristy Long (She/Her) -
Registered Associate MFT #132188

Are you finding yourself caught in negative patterns and motivated to change? Have you been affected by trauma, and need help finding yourself again?

I conceptualize each of us as a connected Body-Mind - and believe we can be more than 9-to-5 career-driven people who live, retire, then expire.

In my own life, one rare constant I’ve found in a sea of change is my connection with my body. I look forward to helping you on your own healing journey utilizing approaches as diverse as Somatic and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Mindfulness, Attachment Theory, Hakomi Method, Art, and Movement and more.

If you are ready to take the next step, I am available via my website at KristyLongAMFT.com  or reach out directly via Therapist@KristyLongAMFT.com. I look forward to working with you!

With so much happening around us and within, it can often feel like you have the weight of the world on your shoulders. When you feel stuck, overwhelmed or confused, your mind and body may adapt ways of telling you there’s a need to re-evaluate. What current path are you on, and what new path do you want to be on?

There is no one-size-fits-all in therapy, so I use a variety of trauma-informed techniques - including cognitive-behavioral, acceptance and commitment, somatic therapy, and mindfulness - that offer you options, insight and agency over your own therapeutic journey. I am passionate about working with LGBTQIA+, BIPOC and other minoritized communities. It is my priority and privilege to ensure a protected environment where true, authentic work can be done with a peace of mind and abundance of support.

If you are ready to take the next step, I am available via my website at TasiaKristich.com or reach out directly via Hello@TasiaKristich.com. I look forward to working with you!

John Barone (He/Him) -

As someone who has always had a passion for helping others, becoming a therapist has allowed me to help the communities that matter most to me.

In therapy, I aim to create a safe space, where you feel comfortable exploring yourself. With nearly 300+ hours working with the LGBTQAI+ community, I have experience exploring gender identity, gender dysphoria, and the “coming out” process. Additionally, I have experience working with depression, anxiety and building positive coping skills.

With an educational background in Somatic Psychotherapy/body-based therapy, I am able to incorporate body-based techniques into therapy. My approach towards therapy includes person-centered, Gestalt therapy, mindfulness-based practices, and Somatic Psychotherapy. I believe that our healing journey involves not only our mind but also our body.

If you are ready to take the next step, I am available via my website at JohnBaroneTherapy.com or reach out directly via John@PatrickLyra.com. I look forward to working with you!

I believe that we all have the innate ability to heal, grow and thrive — I am here to facilitate this process rather than “fix” you, as none of us are broken to begin with. Together, we will reflect on your unique experiences, help you reconnect to the strengths you already possess, and examine the limiting beliefs and patterns that no longer serve you.

I embody a relational perspective that will allow us to build a sense of trust, safety, and rapport before diving in. I work from an integrated mind+body approach and incorporate attachment theory, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, self-compassion, parts work, and body-based approaches.

I received my Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of California in 2022 and my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Colorado College in 2017. Prior to private practice, I worked in community mental health and have additional non-AMFT experience in residential treatment and K-12 schools.
